China Everbright Investment Management Ltd., Xiangya Hospital of Central South University and Hunan Fuxiang Biotechnolgoy Ltd. signed a product development agreement on September 21, 2008 to jointly develop new drugs for Alzheimer's disease on the basis of Hunan Fuxiang's research findings and IP on the therapeutic properties of curcumine in fighting Alzheimer’disease.
Under the agreement, China Everbright will inject no less than CNY 100 million into the phase I of the project. |
